| About Holding of Investment Seminar |

On 25-26 March 2009 in Belkhatov (Lodz voevodstvo) embassy together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belkhatov held a seminar on the issues of conducting of investment activities on the territory of Belarus.
Form Belarusian side in the seminar participated deputy Chairman of Free Economic Zone Administration “Brest” Kkvaliuk O.V., embassy representatives and representatives of juridical company “Vlasova, Mikhel & Partners”. Polish side was represented by administration of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belkhatov, representatives of Polish companies, working in the sphere of energy, energy-efficient technologies, food industry and other spheres.
At the seminar polish businessmen were provided with accurate information about the last changes in Belarusian legislation, which are directed to create favorable conditions for foreign investor. During the discussion were actively discussed details of possible cooperation. O.V. Khvaliuk invited Polish businessmen to participate in Brest Investment Forum “Brest. Cooperation-2009” (April 14th, 2009)
It was marked that the Polish side has shown high interest I realization of projects on the territory of Belarus. Participants of the seminar showed their intension to visit Brest during Brest Investment Forum in order to more detailed discuss and work out questions on the investment activity.
